Cavador Puppy: Application Form and Process
Cavador Puppy Application Form
The Process of Adopting a Cavador Puppy
At Willow Haven Cavadors, we strive to make the process of bringing home your new Cavador puppy as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Here’s a breakdown of the steps involved:
Step 1: Fill an application form
You will be required to fill in an application form in order to be considered, which will be reviewed to ensure that you are ready for the commitment of owning a cavador and the responsibilities that come with ownership. WHC ensure that the cavador puppy will be rehomed into a suitable lifestyle and family. Application form can be found at the top of this page.
Step 2: We will review your application
Once your application has been successful, we can then release all information in relation to the available cavadors.
*if we have any currently available.
Step 3: Priority Waitlist
(Highly Recommended)
We strongly recommend all our buyers, register on the priority waitlist to avoid any time delays with our cavadors. Registered priority waitlist customers are prioritised in order of registration and before any marketing commences for future litters.
Step 4: Pay the reservation deposit
After your application is approved, we’ll require a $100 AUD deposit to secure your position on our priority waitlist.
*This deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed.
Step 5: Receive puppy details
Once we understand your specific requirements, we’ll provide a detailed description of the available Cavadors when they reach 6 weeks of age. This information includes:
Puppy description and photos –
Parent description and photos –
Microchip number –
1st Vaccination details –
Worming history –
Vet Health check report (available in most cases at 6-8 weeks of age) –
Step 6: The wait…
Cavadors remain with their mother until they’re 8 weeks old. During this time, their health and well-being are our utmost priority. We ensure that each puppy receives the best care and nurturing.
Step 7: Meet your puppy!
Starting at 6 weeks of age, we offer in-person inspections of our property. For those unable to visit in-person, we also provide the option for Facetime or WhatsApp video calls to connect you with your Cavador puppy.
Step 8: Secure your puppy with a holding deposit
To secure a cavador pup and have it marked as sold, we ask for a nominal holding deposit of $500, which will be requested on our registered business invoice and emailed to you. The balance is due on pick up or delivery.
Step 9: Puppy pickup or delivery
Once puppies are 8 weeks old, they’re ready for their new forever homes and maybe picked up or we can deliver to you (either in person or through an extremely reputable and trustworthy pet delivery service we have used for years).
