- Once you’ve joined the waitlist, we’ll provide you with more information via phone call or email.
- Submit your application form online.
- We’ll connect with you via WhatsApp video call to get to know you, understand your needs and introduce ourselves and our process.
- To confirm your registration, we’ll issue a business invoice for a $100 AUD deposit, which is fully refundable if you change your mind.
- After you’ve completed all the steps above, we’ll keep you regularly updated on our farm’s progress and new litters through our social media channels and newsletters.
We believe in letting the prospective adopters decide when they’re ready for a new furry family member. Even if you’re not ready, your position on the list will be secured with the deposit.

What next…
Once your application form is confirmed with a deposit, we will provide you with a detailed profile of your new Cavador puppy, including photos, as well as information about the parents.
You will receive the puppy’s microchip number, 1st vaccination details, and worming history. We conduct a thorough health check with a veterinarian, and this report is available at 6-8 weeks of age.Our cavadors stay with their mother until they are 8 weeks old to ensure their optimal health and well-being.
We offer free delivery in person to Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, and Tasmania, with your new furry friend travelling in style on a first-class, in-cabin charter flight by Pawmobile! Plus, we’d love for you to visit us in person here at Willow Haven, where you can inspect the puppies and even pick up your new family member.
We know that adopting a puppy is a big decision, but we’re here to guide you through the process and provide you with all the information you need to give your new furry friend the best life possible.
